Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • South Africa: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FemFair is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.

While we will do our best to assist, FemFair cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties
